Secure Industrial IOT Gateways and Devices

MYNXG secure industrial IOT gateways protect the connected equipment against cyber security threats and transmit its data end-to-end, encrypted to the MYNXG Industrial Operation Technology Cloud.

MYNXG gateways come with high performing edge-computing power to collect realtime data, operate via 5G and LTE capable modems and are over-the-air (OTA) updateable to eliminate the need for manual intervention or physical access.

Hardware-based Security

The MYNXG Trust Compute Base (TCB) consists of the MYNXG Cipher Suite and the hardware-based security architecture with trusted platform modules (TPM). The use of commercially available trusted platform modules (TPM) provides the smallest footprint and allows the integration into any device.

MYNXG devices contain CTIA Cyber Security Elements like Intrusion Detection and Movement Sensors. MYNXG supports integration of third party via reference designs and the high performance MYNXG Sensor and Gateway OS.

Device Performance

MYNXG Devices contain the high performance MYNXG Trusted Compute Base (TCB). The MYNXG TCB implements the MYNXG eleven principles of security including Hardware based Security, secure encrypted and authenticated communication, Security and Software secure updates over the air (OTA) for the entire Product Lifecycle.

The MYNXG products provide performance through cloud and edge-based communication management for highest KPI and SLA. MYNXG supports fast equipment in service (brownfield devices) integration by providing industrial standards at the MYNXG gateways like PROFINET, HART FieldComm and Modbus.

MYNXG Edge FCR 3 Industrial is the industrial gateway with edge-computing capability designed to meet the highest performance requirements. The industrial gateway is powered with the MYNXG Gateway OS combining the benefits of Android® and Linux® environments. It is protected according to CTIA Crypto Standards and contains the MYNXG TCB hardware-based security.

The MYNXG Edge FCR 3 Industrial is certified according CE/FCC and supports all wireless communication standards. To make it easy to deploy for any new or legacy device in service (brownfield devices) it supports a rich series of Industry Standards. It is optimized for monitoring entire systems like bulk tanks, machinery, and shop floors. This can be extended with virtually any sensor required.

MYNXG Edge FCO ECO is a cost-efficient industrial gateway with basic edge-computing capability designed to balance operating performance with deployment investment. It is protected according to CTIA Crypto Standards and contains the MYNXG TCB hardware-based security. The MYNXG EDGE ECO is powered with the MYNXG Sensor OS for ARM based systems.

Economic Deployment

The MYNXG Edge FCO ECO is certified according CE/FCC and supports 5G / LTE / 3G / GSM and WIFI Hotspot /Client. The Edge FCO ECO is prepared to support Access and Warehouse Automation as well as Industrial Equipment and Device Monitoring. The MYNXG Sense MCE is designed to monitor and manage intermediate bulk containers (IBC). We measure the location, the quantity and condition of your liquids with a non-intrusive ultrasonic sensor. It is protected according to CTIA Crypto Standards and contains the MYNXG TCB hardware-based security. The MYNXG EDGE ECO is powered with the MYNXG Sensor OS for ARM based systems.

Dangerous Goods

The MYNXG Sense MCE ATEX is an UL certified device for the usage in ATEX / NEC500/ NEC505 classified Safety Zones. The device is intended for outdoor usage and daily operational handling like cleaning cycles, filling with chemicals and transport in hazardous environments.

MYNXG Sense MGR Machine for realtime localization services and shop floor monitoring. It is protected with the MYNXG TCB hardware-based security. The MYNXG EDGE ECO is powered with the MYNXG Sensor OS for ARM based systems.

Machine Insights

MYNXG Sense MGR Machine can be mounted to any machine, gripper, electric drill or tool and recognizes the position of the machine or tool within the shop floor through realtime location services. Additional sensors can measure vibration, sound and movement, counts cycles and acceleration to get deeper insights.
